Terms & Conditions of Sale

By purchasing products or services from Trade Hub Supplies & Repairs (“Trade Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those with pricing or listing errors. Prices and product availability may change at any time prior to shipment.
If a separate written agreement exists between you and Trade Hub, that agreement will control where it differs from these Terms.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, shipping, handling, and other fees unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless a valid exemption is provided.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless approved credit terms are in place. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs, including legal fees. Orders may be delayed or suspended for non-payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States, subject to product and legal restrictions.
Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order leaves our facility or is delivered by our fleet.
Expedited, special handling, fuel, or freight surcharges may apply.
Partial shipments may occur.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once items are shipped.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

Please inspect all products within 72 hours of delivery. If there is an issue, notify us promptly in writing.
Products are considered accepted unless we receive notice of incorrect items shipped or incorrect labeling or packaging.
Use of a product constitutes acceptance.

6. Returns

Returns require prior authorization.
Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
Special-order, drop-ship, chemical, and consumable items are non-returnable.
Restocking fees of up to 25–30% may apply.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Warranty

Trade Hub warrants that products manufactured by us will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for the applicable warranty period.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, storage or maintenance, modifications or misuse, or damage caused by accidents or external events.
Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Products manufactured by third parties are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Trade Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Compliance with Law

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including export and import regulations.

10. Confidential Information

Any non-public information shared with you is confidential and may not be disclosed without written permission, except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply shortages, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Trade Hub Supplies & Repairs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to Terms

Trade Hub Supplies & Repairs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
